What is a high and low temperature environment chiller

High and low temperature environment air-cooled chillers are mainly used by Dawoxi Refrigeration Technology Co., Ltd. for all-region, all-weather applications in some special application places. The supporting equipment is distributed throughout the country. The units are operated for one year for some special equipment: field medical equipment, field operation military equipment, environmental simulation equipment, in winter -30 ℃ environment, summer 50-65 ℃ environment application. This equipment has been promoted and applied in steel mills, military projects, Tibet, and the desert areas of the Middle East.

Product features

1. The condenser and evaporator increase the heat exchange area and adopt a large air volume and small temperature difference design. Through technical means, the compressor can run at high temperature and low temperature.

2. When the ambient temperature is less than 65 ℃, the unit uses R134A environmentally friendly refrigerant, and the performance is reliable and stable at an ambient temperature of minus 30 ℃ . The throttling device uses an expansion valve.

3. The temperature control and display system adopts an international brand control system, with a selection of hardware and software to accurately control the water temperature in real time. It is equipped with a large display screen, which is intuitive and easy to operate, and has complete data records for easy access. The control interface directly displays the fault content, which is convenient for timely elimination.

5. The product is equipped with a variety of protection devices such as refrigeration system protection, motor protection, circuit protection, antifreeze temperature protection, etc.

7. Various non-standard models can be produced according to customer requirements.

8. Optional RS485 ( CAN or Ethernet) communication interface and communication protocol are provided to achieve connection with the central control.
